In an effort to combat the A.B.S. Agency, Agent McCroaks DAO purpose is to help provide solutions through the power of community organization, volunteerism, and innovative solutions with Operation McCroaks.
Operation McCroaks:
Freedom through Volunteerism! Operation McCroaks is a volunteer based project! DAO members will help create, vote and organize missions within Operation McCroaks. Focused on bringing real-life solutions to communities and individuals around the world by raising funds, organizing local efforts, and innovating ideas to solve problems that are being faced on a daily basis. Build successful solutions and partnerships in order to integrate blockchain solutions for individuals by building a community on and off the blockchains in an effort to create innovative solutions that provide real-life success.

- The EC member seats will be voted upon once a year.
- Delegates are able to propose votes on Missions, Tokenomics, and Treasury funds for volunteer efforts.
- All proposed votes must not violate the ToadCode
-All proposals will be vetted by the EC members before officially proposed to the DAO members for a vote.
- Chair may only vote in the case of Split 50/50 vote between delegates, or if the proposal violates the ToadCode in which case the proposer has the ability to revise and resubmit the proposal with revisions.
- If the DAO chooses to Mint more $Todi coins 50% of minted coins must go to chair holder.

Agent McCroaks and The $Todi coin
Pre-Mint
Agent McCroaks is a 101 Unique NFT collection of Toad McCroaks disguises throughout history. To start off the collection, 50 airdrops will be sent out. The 50 airdrops are exclusive to holders of any of the Toad McCroaks collections who request one. If any of the 50 NFTs for the airdrop are remaining after 12/23/22, the remaining NFTs will be offered on an invite only basis. The invites will not be exclusive to Toad McCroaks collections holders.
Public Mint
The Agent McCroaks DAO members will vote in order to set the price of the Public Mint. The Public Mint will be 50 NFTs, every wallet will be restricted to 4 NFTs per wallet.
The Agent McCroaks Reveal
Once 80 of the NFTs have been minted or the deadline of 1/13/23 has been met, the 101 disguises will be revealed.
$Todi Coin
The $Todi coin is your ticket to participate in the Agent McCroaks DAO. Pre-Mint holders will be Airdropped 1 $Todi coin prior to the Public Mint. All Public Mint Holders will be able to claim 1 $Todi for free+gas for 2 weeks after the Public Mint goes live, unless the DAO chooses to extend the claim window. Afterwards the DAO will be available to vote on the 400 remaining $Todi coins. Toad McCroaks will hold 501 $Todi coins as the first Chair member.
